With all the accessories included when you buy the Miallegro 9090 Mitutto Immersion Blender it won't be long before you have the ability to be chopping, mixing, grinding, blending, whisking, whipping, and lets not forget frothing.
With its 550 watt motor it will work pretty hard for you as well, doing lots of things that many other immersion blenders just can't like crushing ice. Don't worry about all that power being too much for you to handle, it is easily controlled through the 5 different settings conveniently located on the end of the end unit so holding the unit with one hand you can easily control the speeds you blend at.
The main advantage of the MiTutto 9090 is the versatility of the system. It will easily change from an immersion blender into so many other useful kitchen gadgets via the whisk attachment, the 4 separate blades and the big chopping bowl. Each new attachment transforms this simple hand held blender into another type of kitchen gadget that will chop, mix, whisk and whip. Combine this with the controllable speed mentioned already and you have the wizard wands of immersion blenders.
The detachable blending shaft and whisk attachment are made from the highest quality stainless steel finishes to make you feel like a true pro in the kitchen.

Miallegro 9090 Mitutto Review
Although the 9090 Mitutto is a popular blender and has been reviewed 3 times in the past few years by a highly regarded home review magazine (who recommended it) there are less than 500 user reviews to choose from. However even with such an unexpected amount of users who reviewed the Miallegro 9090 it still received 77% positive comments (4 and 5 star reviews).
Its two best features are the 550 watt motor which hardly even gets warm during the heaviest lengthiest chores, and the highly convenient speed control.
It did have a lot of negative reviews (15% in total) but the general complaints were varied with complaints about the warranty structure poor customer service. These however don't reflect on the blender and its problems. Of those complaints it was the gears and the clamps that were the biggest issue and in particular a small piece of plastic that seem to break leaving the motor unattached from the drive shaft. The clamps are used to hold the accessories in place and for some user they just didn't.
It's hard to latch together and the immersion attachment on mine was defective and kept falling off.
The removal tool [removes attachments] which they included was useless
after 10 sec of use the blade just snapped of the attachment.I m glad it did not fly and hit anyone.
The Good - The Bad - The Ugly
- Power is immense for an immersion blender
- attachments make this a real versatile unit
- Great value for money
- Speed control allows you better control of end product
- Clamps break easy when taking off and on the accessories
- Clamp removal process is too difficult
- Not enough Instructions written in English - Poor instruction manual
- Power can be too much when using as an immersion blender
- The on button can be difficult hold down if you don't have big hands
- Hands need to be big to hold the ergonomically positioned grips
- 550 watts can be over kill for a hand blender
Miallegro MiTutto 9080 Immersion Blender Video Review
Would I buy this? On paper the Miallegro 9090 seems like a great deal. All those attachments and all that power for such a reasonable price, who wouldn't want all that in such a small unit? The unfortunate thing is I have had a chance to try this out at a relatives house and while the 550 watts did impress when crushing ice and making smoothies I did find it a little too much power for a hand held machine. I didn't have any of the difficulties changing the accessory blades but I do question the usefulness of some of them, the frother being my main source of concern. Really would you be putting on a 550 watt hand blender the get some froth on your cappuccino? I already have a perfectly good frothing gadget that weighs less than 0.5lb not 2.8lbs, so all in all i find gimmicks like this a step too far.
My other concern was the included jug that so many reviewers seemed to have problems with, my problem was that it was included in the set. I don't think that it should have be used as a jug to blend things in more just a measuring jug but the manufacturers encouraged it to be used as a blending jug for your smoothies. I found it way to small for the amount of power and found it worked best when someone was holding the jug while i blended the contents.
In conclusion the Miallegro 9090 Mitutto Immersion Blender is a powerful blender but not one that i will be putting into my collection.
